Prophet Ayoola Olufemi was a thoroughbred accountant who had worked at an audit firm known as Toyin Ojo & Co in Ibadan, South-Western Nigeria before he received the call of God to abandon his secular job for full-time service in his vineyard. After his brief stint in the audit world, he sought the face of God in a Mountain at Ikeji-Arakeji located in Western Nigeria, where Apostle Joseph Ayodele Babalola (of blessed memory), the founder of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) worldwide received his call of God into the work of the ministry several years ago. After his encounter with God on this mountain, God revealed to him that his ministry and calling will be an evangelical and prophetic ministry. Having received the specific direction from God, he joined MFM (Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministry) in 1998. He later became the Head of Tape and Testimony group in the main branch of the South-Western region of Nigeria.

Furthermore, in 1999 precisely he went for an audit engagement when his certificate got burnt amidst other inflammable material which was not affected by the fire. Sequel to that development, he contacted Dr D.K. Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry (MFM) who confirmed the divine call of God in his life and asked if he will like to work with MFM or start his ministry immediately. He chose to stay with MFM until God decided otherwise. However, while in MFM, he became the pioneer Pastor of the Idi-Ishin branch in Nov 2000 and by 2001, he received a series of revelation from God about the evangelical assignment he has fashioned out for him and left MFM on 1st Jan 2002 after God had revealed the name of the ministry, vision and mission statement to him.
He started bi-monthly Friday vigil in his living room at Mokolain Ibadan, South-Western Nigeria in May 2001.

Thereafter, the ministry moved to a rented hall in that area in June 2002 because of lack of space and the spate of manifestation during deliverance programme and ministration. In January 2003, the ministry moved to a portion of leasehold landed property provided by Oodua Investment limited, located behind Premier Hotel, Mokola, Ibadan, South-Western Nigeria. Moreover, the ministry commenced his Sunday service on 4th December 2005 and the first year anniversary took place in December 2006. Subsequently, God prepared an acre of land for the ministry at Olodo, along Ibadan-Iwo road which is our permanent site. The ministry has conducted several crusades and revivals in some major towns in Nigeria, West Africa. In addition, the ministry in conjunction with Shekinah glory outreach, Indiana, U.S.A conducted gospel Campaign in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Uganda. He is married to Mrs Deborah Olukemi Olufemi and their marriage is blessed with three children. We hope that God will enlarge the coast and broaden the horizon of the ministry.
